Shipping mode

The standard shipping method is the tracking letter.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the mailing address provided at the time of payment.

Delivery times

I usually send orders within 2 to 8 days. However, during the holiday and Christmas periods, these deadlines are subject to change. For more information about delivery times during the holiday season, contact me.
Then, the post office takes over: with a tracking letter, you’ll have to wait between 2 and 7 days before receiving your order.


For international shipments, there is always a risk of import taxes that may apply. These possible taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, the payment is necessary so that he can take possession of the package(s). I am therefore not responsible for delays caused by taxes.

Packaging & shipping

Items are shipped in unpadded envelopes. Larger orders can be sent in padded and cardboard envelopes (depending on the contents).

Returns, exchanges & refunds

You have the possibility to exchange an item as long as your order has not been shipped (estimate 24 hours after placing your order). The exchange is made only with a product of the same market value and within the limits of available stocks.
For this, you will have to contact me so that I can exchange the products.
If you encounter any problems during delivery (lost, stolen order, etc.), I unfortunately cannot guarantee a refund or a full reshipment, because the problem comes directly from the delivery service and I can not be held responsible.
I do not accept refunds, if the order has already been shipped.
Returns are not accepted.
